Our beautiful venue can be hired for a reception, a family occasion or an intimate moment you want to experience with your guests in a unique location. The fixed price is 1,250 euros per day. The venue can be used between 11am and 6pm. From 10 people up to a maximum of 30 people for a lunch/dinner, 50 people for a reception. Own caterer should be provided in consultation with the owner.
The venue can also be fully hired at a cost of €5,000 per day. (overnight stay of your guests included).
Pets (dog/cat) up to 20 kg are allowed in the room. Maximum 2 pets per guest room.
There is an additional cost of 25 euros per animal during the stay.
The following rules should be observed:
Above all, we love pets, but we expect owners to observe these rules to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests.
A private lunch or dinner is possible from 10 people up to 30 people.
A walking dinner is possible up to 40 people, a reception up to 50 people.
It is not allowed to organize a dance party in our location.
Every occasion must end at 6 p.m. in order to guarantee the tranquility of our guests.
External catering is permitted subject to consultation. We have a full domestic kitchen with gas fire 5 burners (SMEG) and spacious oven.

It is not allowed to use a deep fryer in our venue.
We can recommend the following caterers:
Since we are located in the old town of Bruges, we do not have our own parking or garage. We recommend parking in the neighboring underground parking lots Pandreitje or Alfa Parking Langestraat. Both parking lots are less than 350 meters walking distance from the B&B. Unloading something in advance on Hertsbergestraat is of course possible (temporary stationing).
It is not possible to enter our street with large cargo transport.
